My condo is wrapped with floor to ceiling windows viewing the iconic St. James Cathedral while you sip on your morning coffee.
The studio is anchored with a premium queen bed and styled with a high-end comfy mattress. The sofa is spacious and may fit an extra guest, but please give me a heads up, so I can provide extra linens. All duvets are washed and cleaned on a regular basis by a professional cleaning crew.
Everything in my unit is fairly simple to use, such as the Amazon Fire enabled TV that you can watch from bed, the sofa or the dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies needed, and cooking basics such as salt, oils, and coffee. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer, kettle, and of course a stove and oven.
Lease start dates can be flexible. An exit cleaning fee of $110 applies to all rentals.

A 10 minute drive west, you’ll find yourself in the heart of the entertainment and fashion district, where you’ll be enlightened by some of Toronto’s finest and most cultural cafes, restaurants, retail stores, and theatres!
