Visiting Toronto for the first time? This condo will provide you with the full Downtown Toronto experience! If you are already familiar with Downtown Toronto, then this condo should feel just like home. Located at York St. and Bremner Blvd. in the heart of downtown Toronto and right across the street from union station (Union Station gives you access to the subway, buses and streetcars to take you all over the city. GO Transit goes out to the suburbs from here and VIA Rail goes beyond that.)
This condo is in a building that features a grocery store (Longos), various restaurants and a hotel style lobby. The condo supplies amply natural light via large windows, clean linens and a large balcony with great views. This furnished apartment features 9-foot ceilings, contemporary brand-new furniture throughout, sleek maple hardwood floors in every room, and a large balcony, where you can sit and revel in the beautiful view of Lake Ontario and Downtown Toronto. The living room features a large and relaxing black sofa, which can also turn into a queen-sized bed if necessary and fits 2 people on it. The 52-inch flat screen HDTV will ensure that you can enjoy the highest quality entertainment, equipped with upgraded cable and is also a SMART TV.
The kitchen has classic ivory white cabinets, lustrous granite countertops, and a full set of high-end stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked fully with a new cookware set, cutlery and dining set for 6 people, and all the glassware and cooking utensils you need. The dining area features a sleek modern high-top dining table with chrome geometric legs, and 6 Nordic-inspired elephant grey dining chairs. The bedrooms have a large queen-sized bed with all-white sets of premium bed linens and pillows, and a large closet space with plenty of storage capacity in each room.
The laundry closet is beside the bathroom and comes with an en-suite high-powered washer and dryer; it is fully stocked with washing detergent and also the cleaning equipment and the vacuum cleaner are stored here. The bathroom is bright, spacious and functional – it comes with a full bathtub and shower-tap, which is rare in downtown condos, as well as marble floors and countertop.
The condo has fabulous amenities that will make you not want to leave the building. You can enjoy a sky lobby lounge, theatre room and outdoor rooftop swimming pool deck. A great way for socializing with friends and neighbors. If you enjoy going to the gym, the building offers a fitness room, a gym, a weight room and indoor pool, and for your post workout you can relax in the hot tub or sauna. The building also offers 24-hour Airbnb friendly concierges and security guards, which I found Airbnb guests enjoy.
Lease start dates can be flexible. An exit cleaning fee of $150 applies to all rentals.
