Transportation is a breeze, as the tramway is across the street, and the closest subway station, King Subway Station, is a 4-minute walk.
This studio apartment is the epitome of modern and stylish Downtown Apartments. Meticulously furnished with up-scale premium furniture, fancy linens, and stainless-steel appliances. My condo is wrapped with floor to ceiling windows viewing the iconic St. James Cathedral while you sip on your morning coffee.
The studio is anchored with a premium queen bed and styled with a high-end comfy mattress. The sofa is spacious and may fit an extra guest, but please give me a heads up, so I can provide extra linens. All duvets are washed and cleaned on a regular basis by a professional cleaning crew.
Everything in my unit is fairly simple to use, such as the Amazon Fire enabled TV that you can watch from bed, the sofa or the dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies needed, and cooking basics such as salt, oils, and coffee. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer, kettle, and of course a stove and oven.
On top of that, you can take a step outside into the large balcony and take in the stunning views of the downtown area on a breezy evening or sunny and lively morning.
I do not offer parking, but my building has low cost onsite parking, give me a heads up and I will arrange to show you how to use it.

Exploring the Church Corridor
There are many cafes and restaurants that dot the area. St. Lawrence Market is a 2-minute walk away, as is a 24-hour grocery store, pharmacies, coffee shops, movie theatre, and an LCBO.
Entertainment district is a 15-20 minute walk away. It has great theater, lovely bistros and restaurants and great nightlife.
The offices set in the downtown Financial District are a 5-minute walk away, as is Union Station.
With its central location, getting around is very easy. The stop for Streetcars is right around the corner. Streetcars offer a very quick and easy way to get around the city. The King Subway station is a 4 minute walk away. It is also the closest access point to the PATH. Union Station is a 10-minute walk away, and offers a very easy connection to Pearson Airport through the UP Express. Eaton Center, Torontoβs busiest shopping mall, is a 15-minute walk away. It has all the brands you would need along with a Cineplex cinema across the street. The PATH connects to it as well.
