Toronto Boutique Apartments provides month to month furnished rentals to anyone needing a temporary stay in Toronto. Our rentals are stocked with everything you may need, ensuite laundry, dishwashers, glassware, cookware etc. Most of our tenants stay with us for a couple months whilst they’re in Toronto. Some of our tenants are:
- Relocating to Toronto but have not found permanent residences yet
- Doing Renovations on Their Homes
- Coming for Medical Treatment
- Doing a Semester at University
Regardless of why you need a place to stay, we are here for you. We provide you with one-to-one customer service to make sure you get the right accommodation with the best leasing flexibility. You also get a free gym membership throughout your entire stay with us, which is pretty cool (read more below)

*If the payment schedule on your bookings is not to your liking, feel free to write us, and we will adjust it for you!
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking.
If a guest cancels after 48 hours of booking and prior to moving in, the first month’s rent and deposit are not refunded.
If a guest cancels after 48 hours of booking and has moved in, 100% of all nights spent plus 30 days is not refunded, the deposit is also not refunded.
If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, 100% of all of those remaining nights is not refunded.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, Hydro and all other utilities are included in the rent.
Living Room
Typically includes a comfortable three-seat sofa, stylish coffee table, TV console, and of course our design features and accessories that are unique in each furnished rental suite. Also included is a large flat screen HDTV with ample cable tv channels, and last but not lease, unlimited Hi-Speed WIFI Internet so you can stream your favorite entertainment, or get your work done easily and quickly.
Bedroom
A super comfortable queen size bed is included in our typical bedroom – it sleep two adults comfortable. Our mattresses are premium quality, using natural wool, cotton and wood products to make them breathable and providing the maximum lumbar support. We also provide freshly dry-cleaned bedsheets, duvets, duvet covers and fresh, plush pillows, with plenty of extra linens for you.
Kitchen
Our kitchens feature all modern appliances including a stove, oven, full sized fridge and microwave. We know cooking your own meal in your new home is important, so we make sure the kitchen is fully stocked for the best cooking and dining experience – our kitchens include utensils, dishes, glassware, cookware, pots and pans, toaster and of course a stainless steel, modern coffee machine that will come with coffee and filters so you can have fresh coffee when you wake up your first morning.
Bathroom
A typical bathroom features a bathtub which has a stand-up shower head set up as well. When you arrive there will also be supplies including soap, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. We provide plenty of fresh towels so you don’t have to do laundry often, and extra toilet paper is of course also included for your arrival.
Yes, you’ll be registered in the building as a resident. You’ll be able to accept Amazon packages and such.

If you book directly on the site, it is via credit card. If you prefer to pay via e-transfer or wire, simply add that note to your booking reqeust and we will not charge your card for the rent. We will only use your credit card to collect the $500 rental refundable deposit.
