This rental is perfect for a party of 5-6, visiting Toronto on a short or long trip. Recently renovated & furnished, the house offers a comfortable and spacious stay to those visiting Downtown Toronto. The house is fully stocked with premium linens, towels, Wi-Fi, cutlery etc., and all you’d need to enjoy this space is your suitcases! The house is strategically located, right on Carlton and Church St. Neighbouring the Eaton Centre Mall, a grocery store, 2 subway stations and Ryerson university.
The house is professionally managed, and we strive to make sure our guests experience a great stay. We try our best to accommodate early check ins, late check outs and any other special requests so long we can meet the request. We are able to answer any inquiries/questions instantly, as well as respond to any issues directly. Rest assured that we will try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
The house is designed as follows:
1. After you have picked up the key from the lockbox, you’d enter the main door of the house. You’d take the private entrance stairs to the second floor, and to your left is the large living room, outlooking Mcgill street. The living room is furnished delicately to provide a spacious feel for parties of 5/6. A smart TV is mounted above the fire place, where you can enjoy all sorts of entertainment, such as Netflix and Youtube.
2. To your right is the dining area, where you and your friends/family can gather over a meal. The dining table seats up to 6 people.
3. As you keep walking past the dining area, you’d reach the guest bathroom, which is fully stocked with cleaning supplies and products.
4. Finally, the kitchen is on your far right. Fully stocked with cutlery, utensils, an operational stove, oven, microwave and fridge. All you need is a quick trip to Loblaws, a massive grocery store across the street, and some recipes to enjoy this kitchen!
If you continue up the stairs to the 3rd floor, you’d reach the bedroom floor. My house comes with 2 large bedrooms. Both come with queen sized beds, and spacious closets. Premium linens and beddings are of an abundance in the house, and frequently changed, ensuring a clean and comfortable sleep!
The final floor, above the bedroom floor, is the private terrace. A lovely outdoor area, that can only be used by my guests. It is a great way to enjoy the view of Toronto and have an outdoor picnic right from your home.
The house has a self check in feature, allowing guests to check in at any time, so do not worry if you are arriving late in Toronto, we are perfectly equipped to host you!
Lease start dates can be flexible. An exit cleaning fee of $150 applies to all rentals. Parking space underground is not available.

Located in the Church Corridor area, access to public transportation is readily available at multiple nodes, 24/7 A&W burgers are across the street as well as Greek, Italian and French restaurants! LITERALLY STEPS AWAY. Enjoy amenities from dining and entertainment to shopping and cafes, there is no shortage of available resources within close proximity.
